I agree with that, Pooh.
I recently got onto my regular ZPS server, noticing there was a good 5 people on. Unfortunately, they were all bloody Portuguese kids. They had like, what... 400 ping, and they still intended to play on an Aussie server.
Although it got my rank up, I don't think it was quite worth it.
